What guests loved:
Beautiful location, nice amenities. The entertainment in the evening was lovely. The singer at the bar/restaurant was very good and make the evening very enjoyable.
Areas for improvement:
The staff was nice but could be more efficient for a five star hotel. The pool staff could be more friendly and the service at the pool was slow and not engaging.
