What guests loved:

Location and restaurants food was amazing. The spa was great however facilities such as spa and rooms were a bit dated.

Areas for improvement:

design of the rooms were a bit dated. it was just okay.

Beautiful stay on Vulcano

What guests loved:

Therasia is the most beautiful hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and it was the perfect stay for our honeymoon. Cannot recommend enough!

Staff considerations about us as guests were excellent. Fantastic location and views. Great breakfast and lunch.

Areas for improvement:

New staff that were on the job training in the dining restaurant. This was however well noticed by the hotel mgmt and handled in a very professional manner. Personally I think that the mediterrane...
